Our family vacation at Grand Hotel Zermatterhof was truly unforgettable. The staff's professionalism and genuine care made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a view of the charming square and the majestic Matterhorn. We were pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake waiting in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The ski room service was exceptional, with our gear effortlessly taken care of, thanks to a staff member who made us feel like royalty.The hotel's prime location allowed us to explore the town easily, while the exceptional spa and delicious dining options kept us entertained. The historic charm of the hotel, combined with modern amenities, provided the perfect setting for a family-friendly Alpine experience. Watching the pianist play in the lobby and enjoying a horse-drawn carriage ride were highlights for us, adding a touch of magic to our stay. Grand Hotel Zermatterhof truly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to families seeking a luxury Alpine retreat.
