We were pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake waiting in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The ski room service was exceptional, with our gear effortlessly taken care of, thanks to a staff member who made us feel like royalty.The hotel's prime location allowed us to explore the town easily, while the exceptional spa and delicious dining options kept us entertained. The historic charm of the hotel, combined with modern amenities, provided the perfect setting for a family-friendly Alpine experience. Watching the pianist play in the lobby and enjoying a horse-drawn carriage ride were highlights for us, adding a touch of magic to our stay. Grand Hotel Zermatterhof truly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to families seeking a luxury Alpine retreat.
